Introduction

Percentage of What Type of Land Covers Earth

Percentage of Earth Covered by Agriculture

China has the world's largest population(1.357 billion). An estimated 542,800,000/40% of those people farm or fish.

In comparison, the estimated population of Manila is about 1.66 million. This means you would have to multiply the population of Manila by 326.988 to get the approximate number of farmers and fishers and china.
That is a lot of people.

Deforestation Over Time(million square kilometers)

Approximately 3060 acres of tropical forest are being cut down in the world every hour. 15% of those forests are being cut down due to paper and lumber. 85% of those forests are being cut down due to agriculture and livestock. Contradict what you thought?

Fish Cultivated Over Time(million tons)

Nearly 171 tons of fish are being caught every minute.

That is nearly 246,640 tons of fish caught every day.

That is nearly 90,023,600 tons of fish caught every year.

What is it?

There are more than 2000 cities near water. As of right now, only 2 cities are using something like this product. Manila, London, New York City and Sydney are some of the many cities that don't.
