Frog Eggs

  • This is the first stage of the frogs life
  • The gel outside is food for the frog while it is in the egg
  • Once the frog has eaten all the gel he will swim out

TADPOLE

  • This is the second stage of the frogs life
  • The tadpole is breathing with its gills
  • It will soon grow back legs

TADPOLE WITH BACK LEGS

  • This is the third stage of the frogs life
  • The tadpole now has its back legs
  • The tadpole still has gills but will soon grow lungs

TADPOLE WITH ALL FOUR LEGS

  • This is the tadpoles fourth stage
  • The tadpole now has four legs
  • It will soon lose its tail

  • This is the frogs fifth stage of its life
  • It is now has lost its gills and grew lungs
  • It is now living on land not in the water

  • It now must find a mate to reproduce
  • It has to learn how to survive on land not in water
