- NGRI Services (Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity)
- Jail Diversion and Jail Discharge Programs
Competency Restoration Service is ordered by the Court when a person has been evaluated and fit was determined that the person needs education on the legal system and/or mental health treatment to stabilize in order to properly assist his or her attorney and make informed decisions about their legal defense.
