KNIVES

  • Dice-cut into smalls square pices.
  • Chop-cut in to small square pices or differnt thing.
  • Cube- cut into square shapes.
  • Mince-chop,grind or cut into very small pieces.
  • Julienne- to cut into strips.

Cutting boards
Cutting boards with deep cracks should be discarded.
Cutting boards should be clean and sanitized after each use.

Canned food safety
" When in doubt, Toss it out!"
Can food cans get dents,rust,or bulging.
When opening listen for the seal when opening.

DANGEROUS

  • Never mix food that have not been cook
  • Read labels always!!!

EGG SAFETY

  • Make sure the egg is not broken or cracks
  • Not eat raw eggs it not heathy
  • Keep the eggs in the refrigerator

  • Recycling food you at the night before and use it before four days.
  • Thow away food that moldy or green brown.

HANDLE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES

  • Replace frayed cords.
  • Unplug the electrical appicance when it in not in used.
  • Keep eletrica cords away from water
  • Do not stretch cords keep the appliance close to the outlet.

IMPORTANT INFO.

  • Don't leave food out in the heat.
  • Don't under cook meat or veachables
  • Clean cooking usetels

KEEP'EM SEPARATE

  • Store meat separately from other foods
  • Dont stick meat and other food together or it cross come tamalashon
  • Wrap meat in place to control the juice in the meat so it dont go any other food

LEFTOVERS

  • Leftovers shouod be cover or well seal container
  • Use the leftovers before foud days
  • Leftovers should not be refrigerated while hot.
