  • Cancers (endometrial, breast, and colon)
  • Hypertension (high blood pressure)
  • Stroke

  • Liver and Gallbladder disease
  • Sleep apnea and breathing problems
  • Osteoarthritis (a breakdown of cartilage and bone within a joint)
  • That is the list of effects now is it really worth overeating

But there is a way to do yourself and your health better which is exercise because nowadays you don't see people walking as much as they did because of cars and other electronics.

There are also foods that are good for you just the refined ones are bad, but there are plenty of alternatives such as vegetables, fruit, meat and lots more.

But it is ok that every once in a while you get refined and processed food as long as you know what it's doing to you.
