  • Chlorogenic acids
  • Trans-cinnamic acids
  • Quinic acids

Coffee is both good and bad. It can help prevent cancers and type 2 diabetes in regular coffee drinkers. Coffee contains over 1000 aroma compounds and many antioxidants. Roasting coffee beans causes chemical reactions and reduces CGA's.

Even a good thing can be made into a bad thing. Some additives may cause allergic reactions. They are not always good for us and can be disgusting, like MSM which is Mechanically separated meat, and is all meats from everywhere mixed together. It isn't only in hot dogs...

Were all the food additives
necessarily good for your bodies?
