mesogood, february 11th @ 1.42pm:

I cannot agree more with Anonymous, posted Feb. 10th.

The new breed of recruiters that have popped up like stinkweed are incompetent, have no idea what jobs are about, flood the internet websites with the same description, and lie, lie, lie to companies and candidates

"he asked for a full length photo of me.....when I declined he said "FINE, don't send it then""

but we are different

"prompt and personable service - what impressed me most is that Concept did this over the Christmas period, when other recruiters took their break"

Based on their rapid assessment of our needs, understanding our business, the speed of resourcing and overall performance under tight deadlines, they are now a reliable, strategic recruitment partner for our business

"Their knowledge of the market was invaluable"

"great service from saf"

"although it was a bit strange to ask for a full length picture......"

Conclusion

  • Don't try to be something you are not - clients appreciate honesty
  • The basics are as important as anything else - be polite and treat candidates / clients as you would like to be treated
  • Small things can really make you stand out in a crowd of stinkweeds - try to differentiate yourself from the crowd in everything you do

final thoughts

  • people of dudley cant drive trolleys
  • saf is a pervert
