  • the previous picture represents color because I see many different colors that are very bright.

  • the previous picture demonstrates form because the objects are 3 dimensional and the light comes from the left side, which creates an illusion

  • the lights and darks that make up an image; the lightness or darkness of a color
  • the previous picture demonstrates value because it contains a wide range of values that create a serious tone

  • the distance or area between, around, above, below and within objects

  • refers to differences in values, colors, textures, and other art elements to achieve interest and emphasis

  • establishes one part of an image as most important and makes it stand out
  • the previous picture demonstrates emphasis because the organic line is the first thing that grabs attention in the picture. the distracting background also helps add emphasis to the picture.

  • refers to the path the viewer’s eye follows through an image
