CHINESE NEW YEAR
It is also known as the Spring Festival
Celebrated in: Mainland China, Hong Kong,Macau, Taiwan, Singapore,Thailand
Celebrated at the turn of the lunisolar Chinese calendar

LANTERN FESTIVAL
celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month in the lunisolar year
During the Lantern Festival, children go out at night to temples carrying paper lanterns and solve riddles on the lanterns
is the celebration of "the declining darkness of winter" and community's ability to "move about at night with human-made light," namely, lanterns.

QINGMING FESTIVAL
Also know as tomb-sweeping day
on the first day of the fifth solar term of the traditional Chinese lunisolar calendar
Cleaning and sweeping of graves, ancestor worship
burning joss paper
offering food to deceased

DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL
also known as the Tuen Ng or Duanwu Festival
a traditional and statutory holiday originating in China
now occurs on the 5th day of the 5th month of the traditional lunar calendar

MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL
celebrated by ethnic Chinese and Vietnamese people
on the 15th day of the eighth month in the Chinese Han calendar
In the Vietnamese culture, it is considered the second-most important holiday tradition after Tết.[citation needed]
