Free Will vs. Predestination

The beginning of this debate of free will and predestination started with the question, what aspect of life can a man control and what is predestined?

MR. CALVIN

One view of predestination and freewill is through John Calvin's and myself's point of view. We theorize that because God is all powerful, therefore it is foolish to think that human's have power over their own destiny because God is too powerful not to have control over all of a human's life.

THE ILLUSION OF FREE-WILL

In John Cowburn's Novel, "Free Will, Predestination and Determinism", he decides that freewill is a lie because God has all power. He decides that God does this because "(Either a person is), being morally obligated to do the right thing because it is God's will or whether God's want him to do the right thing because he is morally obligated."

Simon´s Vision

In this William Golding proves the existence of predestination while disproving the disillusion of freewill. In this he discusses that because Simon is able to predict Ralph's destiny, Ralph's choices are useless because they have already been chosen. He includes this in his novel to prove that humanity's choices are meaningless because they have already been chosen by God.

We are Pawns
in a game called life

Thus from the perspectives of a personal, literary and religious, the fantasy of free will is disproven and the machine-like reality of predestination is proven. Based on these evidences humanity is but an illusion and the only goal of it is to serve, like pawns, for the God.
