Level 1 - Victim - I LOSE

  • Judgemental, pessimistic, powerless
  • Low self-esteem, lack of belief in abilities
  • Avoid, procrastinate, trouble making decisions
  • Action steps: Name it; notice gremlins; celebrate yourself; HQ: What do I need for this to work?

Level 2 - Fighter - YOU LOSE

  • Need to be right and win at all costs
  • Focus on "what's wrong & who to blame"
  • Beat self up; power struggles
  • Indirect communication
  • Action steps: Practice taking responsibility for feelings and thoughts; examine assumptions, interpretations and limiting beliefs

Level 3 - Rationalizer - I WIN

  • Effectively manage self and others
  • You take responsibility for what you think and feel
  • Actions are positive productive and solution oriented
  • Action Step: Notice what you're tolerating and take empowered action. HQ What feelings am I avoiding?

  • See everything as opportunity
  • Feel power and choice over feelings and life experiences
  • Curious, powerful and confident
  • Brave and take risks
  • Action Steps: Keep identifying and making moves outside your comfort zone; HQ: What's the lesson in this for me?
