  • The golden tree frog is from the island of Trinidad in the Caribbean.

  • Its located in the herbivores

WHAT IS ITS PRIMARY PRIMARY SOURCE OF FOOD?

  • Crickets and cockroaches

WHAT IS ITS NICHE IN THE COMMUNITY?

  • Carnivores

  • They need a habitat, they are easily stressed by disturbances.
  • Its one of the smallest frogs and their ability to jump very long distances.

WHY IS THE ANIMAL ENDANGERED?

  • Golden tree frogs are amphian animals that have a mainly arboreal existence.
  • Many different species of tree frogs exist and they can be found on nearly every continent.
  • Tree frogs tend to be very small and light, allowing them to walk along the branches
  • and twigs in which they live.

WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN TO HELP PROTECT THE ANIMAL?

  • Their webbed feet help them in swimming away from danger.
  • Some frogs also produce toxins to poison the enemy.
  • nature has given frogs various mechanisms to protect themselves.
