Green Sea Turtle

  • The only herbavore in its species
  • Named after color of cartilage and fat, not the color of its shell
  • Weighs between 150-400lbs
  • Largest sea turtle

A green turtle's brain is small compared to the size of their body. The brain is part of the nervous system which makes up the spinal cord and brain. The nervous tissue is made up of cells called neurons which form the nervous system.
