What do you use?

Use your type of email: Gmail, Yahoo ect.

What are you talking about.

  • Put the overall Subject of your email in the ( Subject) area
  • Be specific and say something that gets the recipients attention. Make it short and to the main piont.
  • Make the subject meaningfull
  • Do not put something like " Hi" or "help"

What are you going to say?

  • Say Dear, ....
  • Start with your topic and assertion.
  • Then, write what you have to say or ask the person.
  • Make your message brief and to the point.

Say Thank You

  • You want to thank them for taking time for reading your email.
  • Make sure its an appropriate closing.
