TUNGSTEN

  • Tungsten is used in many tools and jewelry
  • Its a very hard metal
  • Melting point 3695 K ​(3422 °C, ​6192 °F)

TUNGSTEN

  • Boiling point 6203 K ​(5930 °C, ​10706 °F)
  • it has the highest melting point of all the elements.
  • density of 19.3 times that of water,

TUNGSTEN

  • Used in most incandescent light bulb filaments
  • Used in X-ray tubes (as both the filament and target)
  • Used in Electrodes in TIG welding

TERBIUM

  • It is a silvery-white rare earth metal
  • It is malleable
  • Its ductile and very hard.

TERBIUM

  • Terbium is never found in nature as a free element
  • but it is contained in many minerals
  • Terbium is used to dope calcium fluoride
