Line

A mark with length and direction created by a point that moves across a surface.

Line

This shows line because it's thin and curvy. It is also created by a point moved across a surface.

Shape

A flat figure created when actual or implied lines meet to surround a surface.

Shape

This shape is a part of a star. It is a shape because it is made up of straight lines.
All of the lines are connected as well.

Form

Objects that have volume and mass and are 3D

Form

This shows form because it is 3D. It is also a sculpture of a head and it has mass.

Color

The quality that makes something red, green, blue, etc.

Color

This picture shows color because there are some warm and cold colors. There are also bright and dark colors.

Value

The darkness or lightness of a surface

Value

This picture shows value because one part of it is brighter and the other is darker. Each part of the shape has a certain tint.

Texture

The way a surface feels or how it may look.

Texture

This picture shows texture because it looks spikey. It feels very rough as well.

Space

The empty or open area between, above, around, below, or within an object

Space

This picture shows space because one thing is closer than the other. The objects look like they overlap also.
