The rocky outer layer is called the crust it is what we live on.

Mountains are tall landforms not just like the tallest ones

A mountain valley is two mountains and a small valley between the two mountains.

A canyon is... It used to be a big rock together and earthquakes caused the rock to get split apart.

A PLATEAU IS?
A plateau is a kind of table rock and if you are driving you can see it from a distance away from were you are.

A PLAIN IS?
A plain is a large area of flat land ised for a perfect day for kite flying orwalking a dog or just having fun.

A RIVER VALLEY IS?
A river valley is a valley that has a large amount of water in it.

A FLOOD PLAIN IS?
A flood plain is a plain that has been flooded with a huge amount of water.

HOW ARE HILLS AND MOUNTAINS DIFFRENT AND THE SAME?
The first thing is that they are the same by: they are both a kind of landform.
The diffrence is: one is pointy at the top and one is round on top.
If you take a close look at the picture you can see the diff and simalarity.

HOW ARE PLATEAUS AND MESAS THE SAME AND DIFFERENT.
They are both a kind of table rock.
And one is taller than the other and shorter than the other.

Hills are a type of landform they are a little bit smaller than mountains.
