GETTING FLEXIBLE Take good care of your inner body.Try to eat healthy and exsersixe.Keep joints and muscles cared for.Wear comftorbul cloths you can move in.

YOGA POSES TO GET MORE FLEXIBLE beginner one legged king pigeon pose.Or king pigeon pose,monkey pose,and upper chest and back opener.Maybe also try the chest and shoulder opener,and standing wall twist.You could do this stretch called the triangle.You can do the wide leg standing twist.You can also do a locust or folded forward bend.

Stretching can make you more flexible.In an adult body stretching comes from a chemical signal.You got to get flexible and move in easily with your body with everything you need to stretch in every direction you can.Now you know how to get more flexible by eating right,yoga,and stretching?

The rings are used for boys.The rings are used for strength.The ball is used so they can balanced girls use ribbons.Rope equipment is gymnast.Hoop gymnast toss and catch the hoop.The ball you can throw it and catch it.You can balance the ball on your head.You can throw swing and tap a club.They leap and jump threw the rope while holding it.You can throw the hoop very high but catch it many ways.You can bounce and roll the ball.They wave the ball and circle it.

Male gymnast kick and swing on rings.You can swing and do handstand on rings.Swing to strengthen hold on rings. Strength and hold on rings.Dismount on rings.

You can do a cartwheel on a beam.You can do a back walkover and front walk over on the beam.You can do a ariel on the beam.An Ariel is a cartwheel with any hands.You can do a back tuck on beam.You also can do a back hand spring on beams.Gymnast tricks on rings,tricks on beams,and routine with ribbon,rope,ball,and clubs.
