  • It was the most underatted park
  • Now makes the most money!

  • Meaning $18.25 million are spent on fireworks a year
  • Disney World covers 30,000 acres
  • Magic Kingdom (A park within Disney World) in the most popular theme park in the world!
  • It's worth over $1.3 billion!

How much do the workers get paid?

  • There are 23,000 cast members and 200,000 employees in total at Disneyland
  • $10 to $12 an hour
  • Disney pays $396,000 per day to all their employees
  • The custodial crew gets paid $11/hour to clean up puke, scrape gum off the ground, and empty the trash

  • Employees don't get set shifts, they get called in for work
  • Many employees claim they don't feel growth in the company
  • Disney strives for quality in performance, other than loyalty in workers
  • YouTuber "Kenziemacbrown" says that Disney doesn't pay enough to the employees

The tough jobs

  • Mermaid performers only get paid $10/hour and they have to swim in 72 degree water, and many performers have been stung by jellyfish
  • Princess performers make $400 a week for standing out in the sun for long tiring shifts
  • Grueling auditioning process and must fit all height, ehtnicity requirements

  • Purchased 85 acre parks
  • For Disney World they spent $1.69 million for hundreds of acres of land

Are the park tickets really worth all the money?
For a child, yes. Because it is a wonderful experience!
For an adult, no. The price is not realistic. The parks are incredible, but it's way too expensive. To the point where most people can't afford it.
It's not like Disney's Company NEEDS all the money.
They already have plenty of money.
They could afford to lower the price by at least 10%

Is The Company Really Worth All The Money?
In my perspective, yes. Because Disney is very smart in the way they save money, and they do work really hard to achieve supposed "happiness" for the world!
