Major Functions
- System is made of GI Track, liver, pancreas, and gall bladder.
- All work together to digest food.
- Broken down food is then used for nutrients, energy, and cell growth.
- The body absorbs what it needs and the rest is passed out the body through whats called poop.

- Hydrochloric acid in stomach is strong enough to digest metal, but will never digest plastic.
