  • Can turn into a cumulonimbus cloud

CIRRUS

  • Are 20,000ft above ground
  • Are thin clouds blowed by high winds
  • Appear usually in nice weather

  • 1000ft above ground
  • Lightning and thunder and powerful tornados happen in it
  • powerful energy is released by the condensation of water vapor

STRATUS

  • Are grayish
  • Mostly cover the sky
  • No precipitation but may drizzle

  • Comes from any where there is water
  • Fog is visible till 1km
  • Are stratus clouds but touching the ground
