A Family is a group of two or more persons who reside together in a household

Step family
a family that is formed on the remarriage of a divorced or widowed person and that includes one or more children.

Blended family
Where the parents and kids are different races

Extended Family
Expands beyond nuclear family

Foster Family
Take care of kids that aren't yours so they can be safe

Nuclear Family
Parents and kids live together

Single parent family
Where only one parent is raising the child

Childless family
A family without kids

Couple family
Where the family is a couple not married and no kids

Adoptive family
Where the family adopts children without parents
