ČUMULUS ÇLOUDS

  • They are fluffy things that look like cotton balls.
  • They float above the ground at 100m [300ft] and do reach the ground.
  • The top of the Cumulus cloud is rounded tower.

ŚTRATUS CLÕUD

  • They are gray and look like fog.
  • Stratus clouds never reach the ground.
  • No rain comes out of a Stratus cloud.

CIRRUŚ CLOUDŚ

  • They float above the ground at 100m [300ft] and do not reach the ground.
  • They make [high winds] above 600m {2o,000} .
  • Their dark bases may be no more than 300 m (1000 ft) above the surface .

  • The cloud forms near the ground.
  • At night the ground cools quickly because of the fog.
  • The fog has a lot of moisture.
