Today a dictatorship is still alive and working. It impacts the world greatly. One way is its plans; Hitler, for example, planned to take over the world.
We often disagree with dictator's actions and we try to either fix or dispose of the dictator if they do wrong. They impact trade and peace as many dictators do bad things to either harm or steal something from other nations.
But yet the relevance of dictators depends on the dictator's choices and personalities. We have formed relationships with them, backing them up, helping them into office for oil and other minerals to make money. We have also given them weapons and technology to help.
