CHILDHOOD AND WHEN HE WAS BORN

• He was born in1933 and he is right now 83 years old
• He could not walk or talk until he was 2 years old because he had cerebral palsy.
• He is paralyzed in his legs,lower spine, he got paralyzed from him getting shot in the lower spine
• He was in the navy serving the United States. Right now he is veteran

HIS FAMILY

• He had 10 sisters and 4 brothers14 other siblings counting him 15 children.
• His father and mother are carl and Rachel dusenburg

THE BAD DAY

• He was shot in the lower spine and went paralyzed. He also had cerebral palse and couldn't walk or talk till he was two years old because of his disorder.

HOW WAS HE RESILIENT

• He had cerebral palse when he was two and he got past it and then he got shot in the spin and now he is paralyzed

WHAT IS HE IMPORTANT TO ME

• He is my grandpa and the greatest one ever.
• He has a sad but proud story that I am glad he is here today because of the bad things in his life

• He was curious about what he can do and what he can accomplish when he is in the wheelchair

HE INVENTED A CAR

• He built the car with his 4 older brothers
