  • I am diabetes person and my body can’t make use insulin . Insulin helps change sugar into energy to keep me alive.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS.

  • Urinate often
  • Be very thirsty
  • Lose a lot of of weight
  • Be very tired
  • Sink gum bladder infections that keep coming back
  • Cuts or bruises that heal slowly
  • A lost of infections
  • Any of the symptoms of type 1 Diabetes

WHAT ARE THE RISK FACTORS....?

  • Family history
  • 45 years old
  • Smoking
  • Over weight obesity
  • High blood pressure
  • Not enough exereise
  • High cholesterol

IS THERE ANY WAY TO PREVENT IT..

  • Take insulin when needed
  • Exercise in important for good diabetes control.
  • Four good food groups every day .
  • Fruits and vegetables ,oranges ,apple bananas carrots spinach.
  • Whole grains cereals &bread wheat rice oats bran barley.
  • Milk cheese yogurt.
  • Meats fish eggs dried beans nuts.
