DOES LISTENING TO MUSIC WHILE STUDYING HELP YOU REMEMBER MORE?

HYOOTHESIS:

  • Listening to music while studying will not help you remember more, it will only act as a distraction.

EXPERIMENTAL GROUP:

  • People were asked to remember a series of numbers while listening to music and to record how many numbers they remembered.
  • They remembered more than the control group.

  • People were asked to remembeber a series of numbers without listening to music and to record how much they remembered.

  • Listening to music while studying.
