PRODUCTION

MAKEUP AND HAIR:

• Enhances the actors and completes their costume
• Compensates for audience distance
• Helps reveal character
• Age, background, ethnicity, health, personality

STRAIGHT MAKEUP -
Highlights an actors features and colouring, and improves distinctiveness and visibility.

CHARACTER MAKEUP -
Transforms an actor's features to show age or attitude. Can use this method to create jawlines, wrinkles, facial hair, eyebrows, noses etc.
