But I had true friends Who helped me get through Depression. And helped me realize that I’m worth it. And that I I’m probably just going through a phase And they help me get over it. I talked to my parents, teachers, an adult. Tried to make a list of things that were probably bothering me like if I’m stressed or if I feel like I can’t do anything right I’ll just take deep breaths and talk to someone.
