- They didn't know the Roman Tradition and little loyalty
- It is ranked 3 because their disloyalty corrupted the goverment and created chaos
- The Governemnt was corrupted because of they had people opposing their laws and made tention in the army
2. CHRISTIANITY
- It caused disruption and created sides
- It made no trust in Roman Morals
- It is 2 because it created disloyalty

1. MILITARY PROBLEMS
- Loyalty of Barbarrian Soldiers cost lots of money
- Paying these soilders became increasingly difficult in a bad economy
