  • Track - first upper body no shirt picture taken today. Then once monthly for 12 months.

  • Breath - do not hold your breath!
  • Stay relaxed as possible, do not force your body

  • Squats - 20
  • Relaxed joint circling

  • Omelette with vegtables

  • Decide on start date
  • Take mirror picture with shirt off with camera/phone/ipad label date
  • Start morning routine: breakfast and workout
  • Take picture once monthly, to track progress
