LearningU decided to migrate all existing courses from BrainHoney LMS to Joomla LMS.

While BrainHoney had desirable features, LearningU could not afford the license.

BrainHoney's interface design was dated. LearningU needed a sleeker look and feel for their courses.

Living in the USA was a 1-credit college course designed for international students attending US universities. The purpose of this course was to help non-US students transition to the cultural and academic environments in the US.

This course begins with a generic Getting Started Tutorial which LearningU adds to all courses.

Joomla content is organized around learning paths. A learning path is a series of lessons with presentations and assessments.

Every lesson is built around a set of measurable learning outcomes.

Assessment is continual throughout the course.

We provided learners with links to additional resources.

We built the Knowledge Base which has "how to" articles about Joomla functionalities.

Joomla conformed yo LearningU's budget. In addition, I enjoyed the opportunity to migrate a course to Joomla.
