IPAD RULES

LET'S BE CLEAR...
- By disrupting the class, you are interfering with other students' constitutional right to a good education.
- Know your role in the classroom. Your job is to support our efforts and do your best to LEARN.
- Everything in class is aimed at learning.
- Self-esteem does not come from messing around in class. It comes from doing the hard work to acquire the knowledge and skills that will enable you to enjoy a good life.
I DO NOT TAKE AWAY PUNISH WORK
WHY WRITE?
- Intrinsic value: The simple interest or enjoyment associated with engaging in a task (why do we play basketball, video games, watch movies?)
- Attainment value: The value of obtaining achievement through accomplishing a task (new phone for A's, pride when your teams wins the big game).
- Utility value: The benefits to one's career or other personal goals associated with performing a task successfully (high school, college, job).
