JOHN ROLFE

Lived From 1585 to 1622

FACTS ABOUT JOHN ROLFE

  • He found tobacco, the colony's most valuable crop,
  • Helped unite the colony and the Native Americans by marring Pocahontas
  • Was killed in an attack by Native Americans
