BEFORE THE PANDEMIC

• Before the pandemic business was running as usual, with normal inspections going on where people came into the houses for appointments
• All meetings/showings etc. were done in person as usual

CUSTOMERS

• The customers are basically everybody in the world as you need a realtor to buy or sell a house

ISSUE/PROBLEM CAUSED BY THE PANDEMIC/PROBLEM SOLVING

• Some of the main problems that we weren’t allowed to go into other peoples houses so all appointments and showings were having to be done through virtual tours to avoid contact and spreading the virus
• Zoom appointments were also done or social distancing outside

ADAPTING TO THE FUTURE

• Overtime we have to adapt to staying 6 feet apart in other peoples houses make sure everything is sanitized that was touched between house tours/inspections don’t shake hands wear a mask when/if needed
