THE REIGN OF TERROR WAS IT JUSTIFIED?

BACKGROUND INFO

• In 1789 the french revolution wanted a new government
• The government was very strict with the laws
• The king died
• Robespierre took over and made a new government
• Because of everything that happened it was justified

THESIS

• The reign of terror was justified
• The Reign of Terror was an aggressive attempt to receive a democratic government
• There attempt was a success because there forcefulness was justified

• The people were fighting because they didnt have the vhoice to choose
• The had to fight to survivthe french expanded their reign of territory of terror to prove a point
• The war started in 1789

• The french started wars within its self
• Vendee was religious part if the country would not conform
• These wars were to help the country to thrive and make sure it thrived
• The french wrote a letter asking for help
• They were sadenedby the deaths but if that is needed to happen to save them

• This showed how the french were about their surroundings
• They had stated that they know there are enemies out there
• They said that they were not going to stop fighting for what they believed in
• They were determined to do what was roht for their country
• That their way was going to save their country

Overall the french had many good ideas. They knew they wanted and we're ready to fight.
