First years of life

She was born in 1788
Sacagawea's father was a shoshone cheif.
Sacagawea has a brother named Camahait.
When she was kidnapped she was only twelve.
When she was sixteen she had Pomp.

Life With The Captains

Sacagawea had a son who is pomp but his real name is Jean Baptiste. When the boat of the captaians collapsed Sacagawea got the important cargo. The captains got Sacagawea so then she could talk to the shoshones.

If Sacagawea didn't get the maps and books then the Expedition would be failed. Sacagawea's nickname was Jane, the name was given to her by the captains.

Fun Facts about pomp, Lisette, and Sacagawea

After Sacagaweas death in 1812 Captain Clark took care of Pomp and Lisette. He offered a education to Pomp. Sacagawea's nickname was Jane this was given to her by the captains.

Sacagawea had a second child her name was Lisette. Lisette was born in 1812 and a couple months after then Sacagawea died, she never got to meet her mom. There are four mountains,one river, and two lakes named after Sacagawea.

Her name could be spelled Sacagwea, Sakakawea, or Sacajawea. Sacagawea could've died in 1812 or 1884. Most people say 1812. In 1810 Sacagawea and her family movedto Missouri where Toussaint 320 acres of land. Toussaint didn't like being a farmer so he sold the acres of land to Captain Clark for 100 dollars.
