ARE FAST FOOD BAD FOR YOU?

THE ANSWER IS A RESOUNDING YES

While eating fast food every once in a while won't hurt you, consuming it regularly will most definitely affect your health negatively

Did you now that fast food causes serious diseases and or/ illnesses?

If you eat fast food regularly, the effect and your health can be disastrous. Studies have shown that people who eat fast food more than twice a week drastically increase their chances of developing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and host of other chronic problems.

FAST FOOD ARE BAD REPUTATION STEMS FROM A NUMBER OF FACTORS, BUT THE PRIMARY ISSUE IS THAT FAST FOOD ARE ABUNDANT IN A HANDFUL OF UNSAVORY SUBSTANCES: SODIUM AND TRANS-FACTS THESE COMPOUNDS WREAK HAVOC IN YOUR BODY, AND THE MORE FAST FOOD YOU EAT THE MORE DAMAGE THEY DO.

THE FOOD AVAILABLE IN RESTAURANTS OF FAST FOOD ARE NOTORIOUSLY HIGH IN SODIUM. IT'S TYPICALLY POSTED ON MENU BOARDS AS WELL AS AVAILABLE ON IN-STORE FLYERS. KNOWING THE NUTRITION OF THE FOODS YOU'RE ABOUT TO ORDER CAN HELP US MAKE MORE INFORMED AND HEALTHY CHOICES.
