- The very first series introduced of animation of Doug , Rugrats , and the Ren & Stimpy show
- Once the new networks were introduced (Disney Network , Cartoon Network ) caused Nickelodeon to become dormant for 26 years , in the midst of competition
- Finally in 1999 , spongebob became the topped rated on set , giving higher ratings
