Architect

  • Deals more with the look and design of a building
  • Also care a lot about how the customer wants the building to look
  • More about residential work 

Architectural Engineer

  • Deal with the structures strength
  • Work more with the construction industry
  • Construct Buildings
  • Deal with renovations of buildings
  • Also plans how a building looks

Building INTEGRITY

  • They make sure that building is strong and dependable
  • They want to make sure that is safe during...
  • Snow  Storms
  • Earthquakes
  •  Hurricanes or other natural events

A day in the job

  • Most of the time they spent time the office conlsuting clients
  • Work with other Engineers and Architects
  • They go to construction sites to check on the progress of jobs
  • Work about 40 hours per week

  • I would always go to job sites with my dad
  • Since a little kid always been obsessed with drawing buildings
  • Always been around construction

  • You can set your mind free with different type of ideas
  • Not only do you care how beautiful the building is going to look...
  • but how safe it is going to be

SCHOOL

  • At least 4 to 5 years to get your bachelors
  • Study: physics, chemistry and biology
  • Math's: Algebra and Calculus
