BASIC INFORMATION

• The apple I pod was made in California
• This particular item hasn't always been produced in one place.
• The apple I pod was manufactured in China by the company Foxconn
• China has a larger population and more factories which makes it easier for people in California because the Chinese may have a bit more experience with it.
• I could not find a specific place where the inputs are found in. But I do know that California and China play a big role in this

HOW DOES LAND PLAY A FACTOR IN THIS

• The factory for design is in California and the factory for manufacturing is in China.
• Both places especially China has played a major role not only because of ports but because China has such a larger population there are more factories which gives us the ability to manufacture there.
• The Chinese have been a major place for us in the United States, and that's why when ever you see made in China don't be surprised. The manufacturing company named Foxconn is a larger company and yet has its goods and its bad side.

HOW DOES LABOR PLAY A FACTOR IN THIS

• The type of people working in these factories are mostly Chinese and some Tiwanese people.
• The Chinese manufacturing company Foxconn is a big part of why China has a good manufacturing side
• Although Foxconn hasn't had the best history. In fact many of the workers there have threatened to commit mass suicide because of the working conditions.

ARE THESE CHINESE FACTORY WORKERS SKILLED?

• These Chinese and Tiwanese labor workers are unskilled
• The factory workers get very low pay
• The amount they get payed £1.25

ARE THE WORKERS IN THE FACTORIES MALE OR FEMALE

• The factory people are working in factories don't have a specific gender only
• All of these workers are male and female who work in the factories
