MATERIALS

  • Have at home some weights.
  • Have some clothes and tennis shoes to do the exercise.

STEPS

  • Wake up all the mornings so you can be more active to do your exercise.
  • Eat a good breakfast in the morning like, cereal, shakes of fruits, salad or whatever you want, but don't eat a lot or junk food.
  • In the morning run first so that food that you have in your stomach, can be energy.
  • Do weight after you already run a lot.
  • Every week do a different exercise.
