Campaign for remainder of 2015

STRATEGY

  • Texaco sites switching book accounts
  • Target new key sites Fuel Plus (DCI) Topaz/Collinstown/Toughers etc
  • Target owner driver groups Roadstone/Fastway/Greenstar
  • Sales team coordinating with sites switching, target areas ie: Texaco Killmallock.

SWITCHING

  • Identify sites
  • Contact owners
  • Issue literature to sites
  • Build relationship with Tom Naughton

KEY SITE

  • Identify key CORE sites
  • Liaise with GM to identify potential or previous clients
  • Scout site and target large volume clients
  • Blitz area with sales team

COMMERCIAL PROJETS

  • Identify potentials
  • Issue proposals
  • Liaise with nominated point of contact
  • Push for referrals
  • Use existing a projects Roadstone/Fastway for example

SALES TEAM

  • Involve team on projects
  • Provide team with customers below 2000ltrs
  • Use team to drive volumes to contacted sites

Summary
I intend to implement this strategy immediately with a meeting planned in Texaco Killmallock tomorrow with Tom Naughton. I will be getting out into the field towards the latter half of each week and looking to close significant deals in short order.
