  • Father- David's dad tries to cheer David up
  • Tim- Grandma tries to introduce a little boy to David
  • Police- When David and Primrose try to run away the police man brings them back
  • The Waving Man- The Waving Man waves at everyone

Setting

The setting takes place in a a park and in David's home .

SITUATION

The basic situation is that David's mother just died and he thinks that if he never breaks any rules, he might be able to see his mother again.

  • David's mom died by hitting her head at the bottom of a stairwell
  • David's father is forcing him to move because his father does not want to remember this hard time.

CLIMAX

The climax is when David and Primrose go missing because they want to see the "big city" skyscrapers. The big city is also known as Philadelphia.

The emotion I felt was very happy, but the ending made me want to cry.
