What Do Ethical Leaders Look Like?

  • they go beyond being a good person
  • They take responsibility for both good and bad results
  • They lead by example
  • They do not abuse their power by intimidating
  • Their leadership is directed by respect for others and others' dignity and rights

  • The concept of fair and just relations between the individual and society.
  • The breaking down of barriers for social mobility
  • The concept of fair and just relations
  • The creation of equal opportunities.

Who Do We Need To Create Social Justice For?

  • Children of color
  • All genders of children
  • All religions of children
  • All socio-economics of children's families
  • All neighborhoods of children
  • All disabilities of children, even the disibilities we don't see.

How To Create Social Justice at Schools:

Make sure students with disabilities have access.

When budget items are determined, make sure they meet the needs of ALL students listed.
