ODYSSEUS:
A legandary Greek king, who is the king of Ithaca and son of Laertes.

Odysseus and his men enter a cave where they find the cyclops, named Polyphemus. Polyphemus is the son of Poseidon.
The cyclops eats two of the men and puts the rest of the men in prison. The next morning the men intoxicate the cyclops.

Polyphemus is then taken to the ship by Odysseus and then stabbed in the eye with a staff.

The men escaped the cave with a blind Polyphemus left in the cave clueless of the event.
