It's normal!

Conflict occurs at home, school, work, across countries and continents
Conflict is not something negative or something to be avoided. It is not always a reason to fight or something to avoid. Conflict can be an opportunity to learn, change, and grow. It is all about how we deal with conflict that determines if the outcome will be constructive or destructive.
