What Is a Stegosaurus?
A Stegosaurus is a large and awesome dinosaur that lived during the Jurassic
Period, which was 150.8 million to 155.7 million years ago, primarily in western North America. The Stegosaurus was kinda chunky and was about the size of bus. It has two rows of bony plates along it's back, it also makes it look bigger in size.

How do the Stegosaurus Protect its Self?
The Stegosaurus protects his/herself by using its spiky horns on its tail, by aggressively swinging its tail back and forth. The Stegosaurus didn't get bothered much because, the spikes and horns scares away predators.

How much does a Stegosaurus Weigh?
The Stegosaurus was a large dinosaur, so I bet it was very heavy. And it did. An adult Stegosaurus, weighed 6,000 pounds.
