Including means to include others who aren't in your group that you see left out. This picture relates to including because you're including someone in something that you're doing. Including can also mean sharing, which is something this image is also showing us.

Restorative means that you do something to figure out a problem and try to resolve it. This picture is a good example of being restorative because they're doing surgery on someone. This is an example because they figure something was wrong, and are resolving it by performing surgery.

Harmony means that they like to agree on one thing, and they don't like conflict. This is a good example of harmony because whoever wants to agree on one thing should follow the "road". The people who don't agree, should go a different way.

A developer is someone who spots improvements and wants satisfaction from the improvements. This is a good image for developer because they're all trying to develop something different. The legos can create different things, you make something, and then you can improve on it by building on to it.
