Deliverables, Agency Assets & Seamless Collaboration.

If contracted for integration sales consulting, Consensus will work with Warner Brother's executives and content producers to identify, secure, service, negotiate and close new brand/content partners for the 2016/2017 fiscal year.

Consensus will provide sales expertise, knowledge of the media & digital landscape, relationships and skill in all parts of the sales cycle from A to Z.

Warner Brothers will provide - 2 fully-developed sample integration opportunities (with case studies / sales materials where possible) to shop on the market
at varying pricing levels.
Ex: $350k & $800k+
Single show or full-season integration opportunities.

With the knowledge that these integration opportunities can and will be customized - but it is more effective to have a thought out sample idea to discuss.

Pitching, idea inception, refinement, pricing negotiation and closing will be under our purview and responsibilities.

To best position for success...

After we have established qualified leads, we would "co-sell" the integration opportunities and work collaboratively on customizing the integration based off of brand marketing needs, available budget, timing and impact objectives.

Communication of
Sales Progress

Consensus will provide data in real-time of sales efforts, bi-weekly update calls, as well as opportunities for Warner Brother's executives/producers (where appropriate) to help pitch qualified executives to support the sales process.

Timeline of Work & Demonstration of Conversion.

If Consensus were to be secured as a sales consulting agency by March/April, we would work on a 3-month trial basis to demonstrate our abilities - and ensure our mutual fit as branded content development/sales partners.

Compensation

$7k per month (waived), 3-month trial period, option to renew upon mutual agreement, 10% commission on the integration fee ONLY - WB and network partners retain all revenue from the corresponding media buy (where applicable) - and your ad sales team would be involved in / seamlessly take over that part of the discussion.

Our Promise &
Zero Risk Strategy

We are in fact so confident in our ability to deliver....that we are willing to forgo our traditional monthly agency retainer fee during our trial period so we can get to know one another while demonstrating our ability to deliver an integration sale of at least $500k in the first 3 months (if not more).
